A 5th centre has been recently opened in Kraków providing services of accounting, procurement, HR service and data management functions for some Shell companies within Europe. This network provides a platform for large-scale specialist expertise and process knowledge to deliver operatinally excellent and robustly controlled processes. Currently we are looking for:Business Process AnalystReference number: BPA/10/07This is a role that will support relevant process by coordination of projects, internal initiatives and reporting, run improvements and process standardization initiatives.The primary duties: 

Implement approved internal/global projects/initiatives within relevant process Identify standardization/improvement opportunities under One Finance initiative (eliminate, simplify, standardize, automate), coordinate implementation and monitor progress to track benefits Perform studies to analyze efficiencies across countries and identify root cause for variations in process performance if required Support building of compliance awareness, communication channels and end-to-end process knowledge by facilitating workshops, meetings, best practices and knowledge sharing in this respect Ensure proper staff commitment and contribution to achieve objectives while being engaged in delivering daily operations, not having line authority.

Master degree, preferably in finance/accounting or management Work experience in financial processes (minimum of 3-5 years ) Expertise in one of particular process would be an asset Project Management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Computer Literacy (MS Office, ERP) Fluency in English is required
