University degree (preferable: Accounting or Finance); Experience in managing accounting department; Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English required; Strong financial accounting knowledge both Polish and international; Experience in completing month end accounts; Experience completing annual financial statements essential ; Exposure to international systems and processes; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Very good organization and planning skills ? working to tight deadlines; Ability to work in team, to build good relations with colleagues and clients, both in and outside of Poland; Reliability and dedication.

Wymagania

Maintenance of Company books and records in Global General Ledger (GGL) in accordance with Company?s accounting policies; Complete all month end close tasks and journals, including review of postings from sub-ledgers; Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of P&L and Balance Sheet to enable local sign-off to be completed prior to Group sign-off; Provide information to Tax Advisers to enable accurate and timely completion of tax returns for the year end and monthly VAT returns; Prepare financial statements for Company?s Polish entities; Liaison with Company?s auditors to complete the annual audit of these financial statements. Preparing and providing analysis on reports for Finance Management; Responding to ad-hoc requests for information.
