This network providesa platform for large-scale specialist expertise and process knowledgeto deliver operatinally excellent and robustly controlled processes.Currently we are looking for:Contracts and Pricing Specialist (GSAP Nordics)This is a role that will provide good insight into the whole oil products Downstream Nordics business (Finland, Denmark, Norwey, Sweden) as well as providing a good understanding of the Supply business generally. The Contracts and Pricing Team (CPT) SSSC Kraków are responsible for ensuring that all Hydrocarbon transactions (like purchasing, selling, exchanging or storing processed ‘via GSAP) are correctly set up, in time, to enable correct processing of stock transactions and for correct financial postings and billing documents to be generated ‘in period’.The primary duties:

To ensure all HM Contracts are set up ‘correctly’, first time, ‘in time’, in GSAP - understanding adverse financial impacts if not correct. Ensure integrity of the data input. To enable correct processing of stock transactions and for correct financial postings and billing documents to be generated ‘in period’ to the correct people To ensure all activities undertaken by CPT are in line with SOX documentation and are of an acceptable auditable standard. To test and accept/decline any proposed transports to GSAP from other LoBs e.g Invoice Layouts, New Pricing Schema ensuring no adverse impacts to S&D Pricing procedures/Invoice Layouts.

Experience in Helpdesk/Admin Support environment (minimum of 12 months relevant SAP experience) Detail orientation and accuracy in financial checks/pricing calculations Delivery of results – maintenance of a timely supply of MI Very strong customer orientation Ability to work with different teams across organisational boundaries Proven track record of delivering to high accurate performance under pressure /short time parameters (month ends) Previous experience and common understanding of Hydrocarbon pricing and contracts will be an asset Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills MS Office (excel is must) Fluency in English
