The EMEA Finance Centre is a new organisation that will be created in Warsaw, Poland to provide Finance and Accounting services across the EMEA organisation. The organisation?s key internal clients will be the Country Finance teams for General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable services as well as Business departments requiring contract setup and maintenance assistance. As a CP Senior Accountant you will be a confident communicator who is process focused and deadline driven. You will have extensive experience in contracts or invoicing processing within PeopleSoft or another ERP module. You will be fluent in English as well as another European language. Please note that international short term mobility is mandatory.

Wymagania

As a CP you will supervise a group of process specialists who will be responsible for creating and maintaining contracts in the PeopleSoft system. Providing specialised input and quality assurance on the PeopleSoft system contract requirements and ensuring the requirements of compliance are adhered to by the business. Coordinate with the Business and Finance team to ensure the efficient and effective processing of transactions. The ideal candidate be accountable for ensuring that all contracts related transactions and processes delivered by the SSO team meet country expectations for service and quality.
