We can also enjoy easy and constructive cooperation in daily business contacts.Work with us in the following area:CREDIT MANAGERCredit Manager leads a team of credit management staff in their day to day activities concerning credit, debt and cash application, to ensure timely processing. He /she has responsibility for ensuring that the credit management rules/guidelines according the Global CProvides credit management, Cash Allocation and Debt collection services.Main responsibilities: Steer, coach and monitor the Credit Mnagement's team performance to ensure KPI?s are met Credit Risk Assessment and Control: assessing credit worthiness of customers, set/approve monitor Credit Limits, reviewing changes to customers trading titles and assessing the credit implications, ensuring that CM-related customer data in the customer master files are correct including credit limits and risk categories Manage payments, overdues and days sales outstanding: actively coaching and managing the team in order to ensure as low as possible overdue, DSO, costs of bad debts and risks Ensure a timely and accurate application and allocation of all payments related to customers (automatic and manual process) and the timely posting of rejected direct debits Implementation of and compliance to the Global Credit Policy, Manual of Authorities and best practices /tools to reduce and manage credit risk Customer guarantee: ensure correct and timely registering different types of customer guarantees Training of new CM staff on credit issues and debt collection including supporting negotiations with customers.Main requirements: Very good interpersonal & influencing skills Project Management experience Academic Finance/Economics Degree or equivalent Experience in one (or more) of the following areas would be an advantage: credit management, risk management, trade finance, commercial banking, analysis of financial statements, economic evaluation of investments, sales Leadership experience (min. 2 years) Strong commercial acumen to place credit management into an overall commercial context Excellent communication skills and strong drive Ability to work under high time pressure, continues to have a keen eye for the quality of his/her work Fluency in the English language (both in writing & verbal).The candidates interested in the offers are requested to send their documents (CV and motivation letter in English) at e-mail:s41cm@hrk.pl
