For our client, top Irish internet supplier we are recruiting Financial Controller. Reporting to the CFO, this role involves the management of up to 10 staff in a dynamic finance department.Financial ControllerFA/HRKZ/47/2007Key Responsibilities: • Contributing to strategic planning and management of business. • Liaising on a daily basis with the senior management team of the company and with the board of directors as required • Preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly management accounts and financial commentary. • Analysis of financial performance against budget. • Preparation of cost/benefit analysis on new products/initiatives • Ensuring appropriate controls are in place and adhered to especially the completeness and accuracy of stock, billings, cash and bank reconciliation • Production of annual and half year budgets and liaising with the Company’s senior management team in that regard. • Cash forecasting and management. Negotiation of forward contracts for foreign currency transactions with banks. • Preparation of audit information and liaison with external auditors • Preparation of statutory financial statements. • Managing external relationships – auditors, bankers, customers, suppliers, etc. • Liaising with group internal audit function. • Responsible for maintaining fixed asset register • Supervision of all employees within the finance function. • Lead & motivate our team through effective performance managementSkills Required:• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Senior Finance role • ACA/ACCA • Experience in stock control and general management highly desirable • Knowledge of Exchequer accounting software – not essential • Strong people management & leadership skills • Excellent project management skills • Strong commercial awareness • Decision making skills • Finance and cost management awareness. • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment • Professional with strong organizational and planning skills • Good communication and persuasive skills, both written and verbalIf you feel that you are suitable for such a role please immediately email your CV through the link provided belowjse@hrk.pl
