Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Process Manager to supervise all Accounts Payable ( AP ) functions for all EMEA countries for their Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, Poland.The process team (approx. 10 people) for AP are solely responsible for providing timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees while enforcing and complying with our partner?s financial policies and standard processes. Jones Lang LaSalleJones Lang LaSalle is a globally integrated real estate services and money management firm, operating across more than 100 markets around the globe. An accounting certification with extensive experience in AR process (including expenses reimbursement) Proven experience in a managerial role English and Polish langue skills to business standard are essential with language skills in another European language highly desirable ( ideally French / German / Spanish or Italian ) Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft financial application is a plus but not mandatory Previous experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus

Wymagania

Supervising the Process Specialist team who accurately process invoices and expense claims ensuring suppliers and employees are paid  Acting as the key AP contact for the European countries  Building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues Liaising with other process managers within the Support Services Organisation ( SSO ) to ensure that the monthly actuals accurately reflect the activity of the period Identifying and implementing enhancements and Improvements in the AP process
